Your credit card will only be charged once.
If you just placed your order and you received an error at first, the second charge you are seeing is an authorization. This is a common bank practice handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorization will clear (depending on your bank, usually within 48 – 72 hours.) If you need help speeding up the process, you can contact the issuing bank of your credit card.
Please only click the “Add to Cart” button once to avoid multiple authorizations.

If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address should match exactly what your bank has on file. It is most likely an issue with your billing zip/postal code. Please review all information closely and look for any typos. Also, try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing information (this often solves the issue).

If you’re still receiving an error message after reviewing your credit card information, billing and shipping address, make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 1-3 hours, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

We recommend that you sign up for our email mailing list. Once you sign up, we’ll email you on a regular basis with the latest jazbasports.com news, specials, and
promotions. Our service representatives cannot give our promotions over the phone.

Unfortunately we cannot add anything to an existing order. Please place a new order for the new item. However if the new order is placed within same day, it is more likely that both orders will be shipped together.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add info@mvmtwatches.com to your safe sender list.

“Unfulfilled” just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to “Fulfilled.”

If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again with a Paypal account. If you do not have Paypal, you can easily sign up at www.Paypal.com

Sorry, but at JAZBASPORTS.COM all items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. This means that the items you have in your shopping cart today may not be
available at a later date. The only way to reserve those items is to complete your order as soon as possible.

PRODUCT SPECS & ISSUES

Each Product SKU page has the detailed information on the materials used, though rest assured that we source and manufacture our products with superior quality materials that look, feel and perform great.

We are the foremost cricket shoe researchers and manufacturers in the world, each spike that we use is made of high tensile and hardened steel with some of our spike models comes with TPU enclosures to reduce weight and maintain durability, and is placed on the sole keeping in mind various ergonomics and performance criteria. All spikes are interchangeable and removable, each product comes with its own spanner for the same purpose(if included in accompanied accessories supplied with the specific style)

Most of the footwear can be wiped with a slightly damp cloth but should not be washed in running water or machine washed as that will damage the materials fit and shape. If your shoe gets wet while playing just wipe clean and sun dry.

Sizing for each brand and product varies slightly, we have given our guidelines to determine your actual size in the shoe size chart (visible on each product page), kindly refer to that prior to ordering. If the Jazba shoe has reached you and you are not comfortable with the fit, we suggest that if it is very slightly tight, give it a few days to get accustomed to your specific foot shape and proportions. If extra loose or tight please use your personal discretion to return and re-order the next size you think works- up or down sizing the same. There is no warranty on JAZBA Product (INCASE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING) but we cross check each and every product at various stages to ensure that you receive a superior quality product.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Most orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee varies depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
Jazbasports cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Any unworn product can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Please make sure you include your order number and original invoice along with the product in its original undamaged packaging. All return shipping costs will have to be borne by you. For more detailed information see our Returns page.

Once we have received your package, and verified the goods are undamaged and unsoiled, and comply with our return policy your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit card or Paypal account.

All packages mailed to our Returns Department will be processed as refunds. If you need an exchange, we recommend that you mail back your item for a refund,
then place a new order with us at any time.

Yes, if you mail an item back to us, you will be responsible for the return postage. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection.

Most of our items can be returned.Please note that items cannot be returned after 15 days. Your return merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with the store
